Paisley Party

Last night, Brett and I had such a wonderful opportunity to go to the Brad Paisley concert. It was absolutely amazing. Brett is a total geek because he is a member of the Brad Pailey fan club (sometimes he suprises me with what a complete nerd he is). But because of this we got the most amazing seats. We started out in the fourth row! I guess there are some perks to being married to a music geek. So I have a lot of pictures from the show since we were so close. I didn't put them all on, but there are a lot.

Us at the beginning of the show. We were like the first people to our seats because Brett was sure we had to be there like 1 1/2 hours before it started. I was trying to get the stage in the background but it didn't work out too good.
Just us at the top of the arena.

So Dirks Bentely opened up from Brad. He was awesome. A very good entertainer.

When Dirks was singing we were still in the fourth row, so we didn't that good of pictures.

And now it's Brad. It was so cool because he was literally playing right over us.

This is my favorite picture I got of him. He is such a cute guy.

I think one of the best things about his concert was with the huge screens behind him. It was always playing the coolest videos or animations. It made the concert really fun.

Hello!

Not the best picture of either of us, but it was a crowded space.

Another cool thing about the concert was all of the guitars that Brad played. He was literally switching them out almost every song. I loved all of them. I think I missed a pictured of one though. But here is Brad and all his guitars.

Well there you go. That was my amazing night with Brad. Brett was really lucky because since he is a "fan club member" he got to go back stage after the show and take a picture with him. I just don't know the site to get the picture yet. I think that made his year. But as I was looking at all the pictures of people that met Brad, I noticed that he was about the only guy. Seriously probably 4 guys went back there. I just thought that it was funny that the majority of his fan club is girls, and then there is my husband. The wallpaper for his phone now is him and Brad. I said, "Most guys have pictures of their wife or kids on their phone, but really I am so happy that instead you chose to put you and Brad on there." Haha. I love him so much.

Just Can't Get Enough of Your Love

Last week when the girls were over they decided that they just needed to cover their dad with kisses. I think that it was the night that we were celebrating Valentine's Day with them. But they seriously were kissing him all night long. I decided i needed to take some pics. This way when they are older and going through their rebellious stage, I can use it to prove that they really do love their dad. We absolutely love having the girls over. They always bring so much energy and enthusiasm (maybe even a little too much sometimes). If has been fun to see them grow and mature into young teenagers.

Bachelor Jason Makes the Wrong Choice

I don't know how many of you watch the Bachelor, but I am hooked. Every Monday night Brett and I snuggle in bed for two hours to watch the relationships of Jason and his girls. (Yes, that is right, Brett LOVES this show. I am not allowed to watch it without him). I haven't watched the Bachelor is previous seasons, but I did watch the Bachelorette last season with Deonna and couldn't wait to see Jason in action. I have been loving the show all season....until last Monday! I could not believe he sent Jillian home. She was absolutely the best girl on that show by far. Although I do still LOVE Melissa, I am so dissapointed that he made such a bad decision. Anyway, I just had to vent a little bit. I can't wait for the season finalle. Good luck Melissa!

A Quick Temple Trip

A couple of weekends ago Kyra had a basketball game out in the valley. It was so close to the temple that we decided to stop by and take a couple of pictures. It was actually a miracle that I got Kyra into one of these photos. I am very grateful any time she cooperates long enough to take at least on picture, because I never know when the next chance will be. I always love going to the temple. I especially love it when Brett and I are able to go and share that with one another. I absolutely love this gospel and find it such a wonderful blessing in my life. Right now we have so much to be grateful for and can only hope that our good luck will continue.

Brett looks kind of weird in this pic

Girls Night Out

A couple of weeks ago I was able to go out to dinner with my sisters, nieces, mom, and aunt. It was so much fun. We never get together with just us girls, so it was nice to spend some quality time with some of my favorite people. The best part was that Kylah would not stop posing for the camera. She is quite the drama queen. She constantly wants her picture taken and will put on quite the face until you take one. I love my family so much and am so grateful whenever I et to spend a little bit of time with them. The older I get, the more I realize I am exactly like my mom. Brett may not like it too much, but I think it is kind of fun.

My smile is so big in this picture because I could not stop laughing. Kylah was being so funny. I absolutely love being around her because she has so much personality.

Who Wants to Party

Well my mom's party has come and gone and we all had a great time. Really, all the older folks outlasted the young guys. There was quite a lot of people there and they all had a great time. We played the Wii and sang Kareoke. That was probably the funnest, and what made not want to leave. Here are just a couple pictures from the fun event. I tried to do a collage before and it didn't work, so hopefully I did something different this time.
