Today is my beautiful mother's 50th birthday. Of course nobody would ever be able to tell because she doesn't look a day over 35. I just wanted to do a little ode to Teri. She is such an amazing person. She is so selfless and giving. Something that I admire about her is that two of her best talents are something that she didn't start until she was in her thirties. She is a great violinist and an amazing photographer. She showed me that it is never too late to improve yourself. One of her favorite things is music. She is always volunteering in her ward to do musical numbers. Mom, we all love you so much and are so grateful for your selfless life dedicated to your family.

A Little Family Get Together
We were fortunate to have a little family get together this week, so my mother and I took that opportunity to take some more family pictures. On Sunday we had a family dinner to celebrate my mom's 50th birthday, which is today. It was good to see family again. Then today Brett's parents came up for a short visit. We all went out to dinner and had a great time. I absolutely love Brett's parents and feel so fortunate to have such great in laws. So here are a lot of pictures of what was going on this weekend.
Three generations of Fromm boys. It is amazing how much Brett looks like his dad.
Sweet little Makenna

Me and my two moms
Me and Jaime. We went out to Red Robin for dinner. It was a lot of fun, except the waitress forgot to tell people it was my mom's birthday and sing to her :(
No Kyra because she doesn't like taking pictures. I told her she would regret it later in life, so we will just have to see.
The cute little couple. We just absolutely love Jaime and already think of her as part of the family. She is so sweet and wonderful. James better be great to her!
The Effects of our Winter Weather
Well we all know that this winter weather has taken a toll on people and buildings here in Spokane. I thought that we were safe from any hazards....up until about the last week of the snow fall. The roof to our garage started falling in. I'm glad my car wasn't in there at the time. However, Brett's car wasn't too lucky. He had a big piece of wood fall on his windshield. It didn't cause too much damage, thank goodness, but we do have a big repair to do on the roof. I am including just a couple pictures. The one above is Jimmy and Brett shoveling off the roof. I felt so bad for them because it took forever. After they shoveled off the roof, they had to shovel everything they had thrown in the alley. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful and hard working person. However, I sure hope the he is as handy as he thinks he is, cause it is going to take a lot more work.
Swimming in the Cold
Over Christmas break we I was able to take the girls to my cousin Lori's apt. and go swimming in an indoor pool. It was so much fun and a great break from the cold. It is always really great when the Makenn, Kyra, Madyson, and Kylah get together. They get along really well. While we were there we found out Makenna hasn't learned how to dive yet. So Kyra and I helped her and Madyson learn how. I tried to ge a video of it on here, but I keep having difficulty with it.

Just a Little Update
Sorry, no pictures for thise post. I just thought that I would give a little update since I haven't in a while. Well, after all the school cancellations I am finally back at school. I feel like a completely different person. I absolutely love my job so much and am so much happier when I am working. I feel very fortunate to be working with the cutest little kids. I am once again busy and Brett is probably happy that I am not bugging all day long while he is at work. I have to admit, it was nice to have a little time off. But after about the first week I was definitely ready to go back. Since we have another holiday tomorrow i will probably try to get some pictures up then.
